"There is a guy there with a shaved head and always wears a giant cross necklace who is the most impersonal and impolite person I have ever met. He has gone as far as to lecture me about smoking and telling me I was a bad person. I unfortunately have had to go there a couple times in the last 5 years and it is this awful person I usually have to deal with. I don't know why they keep this deplorable, judgmental person around, but now I avoid that place like the plague"
