"Worst experience in a convenient store ever. 0 stars. I was the only customer at 5:30 am and the cashier made me wait ten minutes at the cash register. Rudest cashier I’ve ever dealt with. I will never go back."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. Been coming to this location for 20 plus years. They used to have all the nicest employees (Judy, Bonnie and Jon). But now the people that work here are so rude. The bald putz with a goatee (he tried to charge me extra and I watched him pocket a customer's change). Then there's that awful cantankerous Val. So done with this location. Will no longer come out of my way to go here. Will go to the newer nicer locations where they're nice and have gas. You just lost customers that spend a $100 plus a week at your store. The new owner should take a lesson from the previous owner Paul. Hire employees that know the meaning of customer service."

"Normally a ok place, however this time I put my own rewards number in, I saw the correct name on the screen. Then the clerk canceled it and put in a different number with a different name with over 11,000.00 points, they hit the pay full price button without even asking. I believe she is putting her number in to collect all the points. She denied this when I brought it up but I saw it with my own eyes. Her name was on the screen. Very dirty, very dirty indeed. Update as you can see below my local 7-Eleven is so concerned they want to continue this conversation in private. Well I gave them all the information I said exactly what happened local 7-Eleven owner. If he wants to discuss this in an open public forum right here on Google then I am down otherwise you are just trying to hide in anonymity."

"For the most part the workers are always polite and accommodating. On some occasions when I'm getting my coffee I'll fill my mug with Brazilian coffee always. Sometimes there is no Brazilian and the pot is empty but that's ok, it happens. What bugs me is when they run out of Brazilian, instead of leaving it empty they replace it with another flavor, like Columbian and I don't find out until after I've added the creamer in and take a drink. It's easy to tell the difference because Brazilian is dark roast, the only dark roast you carry. So when I sip my coffee and realize it's not the strong coffee I usually get so the amount of creamers I used were to much for the weaker, Columbian coffee. Not to mention I can't help but feel I've been cheated out of the stronger brazilian coffee that I prefer. Yes I have gone to a different store to get my preferred Brazilian coffee."

"The hobbit that worked today, claims he never uses the bathroom while he is at work. Don’t spend money at this 711. There are others around. I just landscaped for 5 hours at a weekly customers house, and this clown couldn’t keep his story straight as to why his bathroom is locked up. Or better yet, don’t you have a sign out front that says no restrooms!!! Not only did he not like being asked where he potties, he then asked me to leave. I almost went right there on the floor, just in spite! Decided to be a good human being instead. What a clown"
