"I've been going to this maverick everyday multiple times a day for over a year it's always clean n their entire staff is great n I am on first name basis with no James Andy Star n tnays who I interact with the most when I go but they are all great I will get the names of the night. Crew n add them cuz their amazing n had great customer service skills always smiling n they work well with each other their is almost always never any one their loitering they keep all the ppl that do that away from the store tonight the nice gentlemen who always he's me my drink from the cooler when he seese coming into the store to save me the trip bought my drinks for me I thought wow I've never had anyone do that n he already saved me the trip to the cooler n has it ready for me like I said I will get his name and they all keep the store clean shelves stocked beer cold n are way friendly n great u with a smile they r friends in my book homies that r happy to help out the customer I love this Ms Erik n The adventure I had with such great employees thanx maverick keep up tje great adventure u r all apperciatref j t is his name thatyesterday in tbe rain tbey gkt a great team at maverik n great adventures bougjt me drinks n he walked me to my car with an umbrella as nd on my bday James bougjt me s drink he's tbr nesg super friendly hes such an asset to thrur comosny"

"This maverick is the worst and can't ever make their food properly... last week got a Buffalo chicken burrito, some horrible nacho cheese ground beef burrito was in the wrapper, yesterday got a sweet heat steak burrito - no sauce. Today got a california club, no guacamole. Not worth stopping anymore. The lady who works behind the counter is so rude, I've seen her glare other male customers down for seemingly no reason."

"I just stopped at this Maverick, for the second time. I am walking around trying to find the hot food, to buy a hotdog for my pup. The lady behind the counter says, "my oh my. What is going on here?." I look up and she has a look of dusgust on her face. I ask, are you talking to me? And she just shrugs. So u ask if she us implying something, and she doesn't back off of ger horrible attitude as if she knows some secret about me and it's not good. She is implying rhus to all the other customers in the store. Regardless of who I am, I would hope this is not okay. To ostracize a customer in front of the other guests. But I have never stolen, loitered, been drunk or chaotic at this maverick nor any other. This is inexcusable and honestly puts a bad taste in my mouth for Maverick in general. Thanks for your time. Edit: after posting I read through a handful of reviews and it is clear that this lady has been acting this way toward many people. So I go look in the windows fir the owners phone number. She charges outside asking me what the hell I'm doing. I told her I was looking for the owners phone number and she laughs in my face. Cash register and store completely left unattended and customers inside in line. She then tells me no loitering and calls the police to get me to stop looking for the owners number. So my challenge is this, what exactly did I do to be treated this way. And who the he'll does she think she is? Clearly has me mistaken for someone else and even if she was correct about what she thinks, she still has mo right to treat people like this."

"A very long line that goes all the way down the isle, 1 cashier (doing great by the way) and a girl stocking. I asked if she was a cashier… she said “He’s up there.” And went back to ignoring the fact that the line was so long and more people were getting in line. It was very busy and she should have stepped up to help! It is lunchtime rush hour !!"
