"This gas station is very clean and the staff is very nice. Brandie, who I've never met before, was watching the store when i came in to air up my tire. But turns out my tire was completely flat and off the rim, unusable. Brandie came outside with me, showed me where the spare was in my car, which i didn't know existed, showed where to put and how to use the jack, and helped me through the whole process of changing my tire to my spare, AND told me where to go to get my tire fixed for cheap, then, offered to buy ME a hot chocolate to warm up. This woman is incredible and deserves a raise. Absolutely phenomenal customer service. Honestly saved me from having another mental breakdown in a time where absolutely everything is going wrong"

"This was the most sparkling clean gas station I’ve ever been in! I didn’t catch the employee’s name who was working, but he was so upbeat and pleasant and said he had been working there for 20 years! I think this is the first time I’ve ever felt so delighted by a gas station experience that I was inclined to write a review. :)"

"Add a local business owner I have an understanding about customer service. This is a local business that obviously does not value regular patronage by charging a paying customer extra for a little bit of ice out of the soda machine. I will not return to this location or any other Sinclair as this is the second Sinclair, different location, with very poor staffing and public relations skills. Maybe corporate needs to look at thier policies and mismanagement a little closer. Ernie"
