"Very poor customer service!!! I have done payoff for my car at the end of December and I am waiting for month and a half to receive my title. They informed me that it can take up to 30 days to get it after release. Seems that someone is bringing it by foot!"
"I have gone back and forth with BMW, Navy Federal, and Idaho DMV about receiving the title and loan release for roughly 3 months now. They are the worst people I have ever dealt with. They fail to release the lien in a timely manner and same goes for sending the title to the required party. It has been a complete mess and I now know why they are rated a 1.9 star on Google. Absolutely terrible and will never work with them again."
"Paid off my loan, they said they mailed my title 2 weeks ago and did not receive it. They never emailed or mailed me anything to confirm receipt, I had to request they send me confirmation. I sent payments to two companies, both received the same day, with the same payoff due date, yet the other company refunded our interest payment for a day (as they received it before the payoff), but BMW financial did not. Pulled out funds out of our account, and never communicated with us (it has been 28 days and counting). They just lost me as a customer!!!! I do not recommend using this bank for your auto loan financing needs."
"Disappointing Customer Care Experience I recently contacted customer care regarding title/proof of ownership documents. Unfortunately, I was left deeply disappointed by the service I received. The tone and attitude displayed by the agent (first woman I spoke to) were not only unhelpful but also downright arrogant. From the moment I began explaining my concern, it was evident that the agent was disinterested and dismissive. Their responses were curt and lacked the empathy one would expect from a customer service representative. Instead of genuinely trying to understand my issue, it felt as though I was being brushed off and not taken seriously. Moreover, the agent's arrogance was palpable throughout the conversation. They displayed a condescending tone that made me feel unimportant as a customer. It's disheartening to encounter such unprofessional behavior when seeking assistance and guidance. Customer care should be about providing solutions, alleviating concerns, and ensuring a positive experience for the customers. Regrettably, this interaction failed on all counts. As a loyal customer, I believe it is essential for companies to hold their customer care representatives to a higher standard. Arrogance and dismissiveness have no place in a service-oriented industry, and it's crucial for companies to address these issues promptly. I sincerely hope that this review serves as constructive feedback for the company to reassess its customer care approach and provide the necessary training to its representatives. Customers should feel valued and respected, and it is my hope that future interactions will be handled with the professionalism and courtesy. PS: The gentleman I spoke to after demanding my call be transferred to another agent was very helpful and polite."
"For the last 8 weeks I have been trying to get a lien released on my deceased wife's car that has been paid off for 9 years. In order to sell the car, I need it in my name and there is still a lien on the car preventing me from moving forward with it. My first call was on February 21, 2023. After a long search they finally found the car and all they needed was my name and address to get the lien released. I was told I could expect this letter of release within a few weeks but if I still did not receive it 3 weeks later to call back. I called back on March 14, 2023, because I did not receive the letter. I was told my case was still open but should expect the letter within a few weeks. I waited again and still did not receive my letter. I called March 27, 2023, I was told my original request was not submitted by them correctly. I was given a new reference number and told to wait a few weeks to receive my letter. I called them on April 4, 2023, and was told again that my case was open, but it was flagged as 'critical', meaning it would be pushed forward, given a third reference number, it would take 24 to 48 hours to be completed and I could expect my letter within a week. A week passed and I called them April 13, 2023. They said again my case was open, still marked 'critical' and I would receive the letter within a week. After I explained my situation, how long I have been waiting, the number of reference numbers I was given they transferred me to a title representative. After being on hold for 15 to 20 minutes they told me my letter was completed and released. It would be placed in the mail that day and I should receive it within a week. Next week will be 9 weeks since my first call and I am not going to be surprised if the letter does not show up and I have to call yet again. This company has poor customer service, their employees are either not trained correctly or told to say the same thing when it comes to time frames. Their system of getting things done is flawed or they don't care to follow through. I have wasted so much time on the phone with their customer service only to be exactly where I was 8 weeks ago. Their customer service is anything but that."
