"Person w/leaf blower just blew all debris from Speedwst property all over Northern adjoining property & into gutter. First problem is now they have to clean your mess on their property. Second problem is now you will be clogging storm drain just 2 feet south of your mess. Neither is a good thing. You need a not-lazy yard person."
