Holiday

"This complaint is towards the assistant manager female with dark long-ish hair. Went in yesterday to get drinks. She was stood by the registers talking so I waited patiently. She finally told me to "go ahead" and I asked her which register she was at. Her response was "just pick one" very short and filled with attitude. I said I also needed gas on a pump and she responded with "oh yeah sure" full of sarcasm. She shouldn't work in any customer service industry."

"My favorite convenience store. I go there on almost a daily basis lol. The snacks are a bit overpriced but thats normal for convenience stores. They've got a great selection!"

"I have to say, this guy that got working at this store named James is a amazing and a hard worker. I hope his manager and his higher ups know how lucky they are to have someone like that on staff. I have never seen someone work so hard to keep a store clean and stocked up. In the few times I have been in this store here in Tooele over the last few weeks, I have observed James cleaning counters, machines, using a small green scrubber to clean the floors and stocking products and he does it effortlessly without compliant. He listens to the customers, their needs, and if will write down their requests for products and always tells them he will do the best he can to get something in for them. I have also noticed that he never asks his co-workers to do anything that he wouldn't do himself. That's leadership skills that I was personally never taught, to command the store like that and have the respect of your fellow co-workers is impressive."
