"They will not reauthorize with your insurance. First off I would say that the care our child recieved here has been adequate. We have been spending the last year working with this Clinic in hopes of helping our daughter with special needs. The problem comes into play when it comes to billing and insurance with them. We have spent over $5,000 in testing at this clinic this last year, because no one would give us a specific diagnosis. Instead they would have us see another specialist. We were wrong in assuming that they were working with our insurance. They were not. Once we realized this we asked that they specifically call the insurance before every appointment with our daughter, so that we would know if it would be covered. They did not do this. We canceled appointments and then were asked by the billing department to continue appointments, and they would work it out with the insurance. Still it did not happen. They will not work with you and every one of their doctors believe that they are worth being paid over $200 an hour, sometimes half hour. If you are looking for a clinic to help with special needs make sure they are one the insurance, and stay far away from this clinic as they will cost you thousands of dollars."
