"I brought My 5.5 year old daughter to get her ears pierced at the traverse location. We waited nearly an hour and then it was our turn and the person took a break. Finally they got the jewelry and started piercing and the gun broke halfway through my daughters ear. So she didn’t even get an earring but a halfway hole. :( she did at least give us the solution to hopefully prevent infection but overall we had a negative experience."

"Made a 7pm lobe piercing appointment for my daughter to get her ears pierced foe the first time. Placed the appointment at 12noon...drove 30 minute's...walked in with my family of 6 plus 2 grandparents...both cars having driven 30 minute's for the occasion only to be met with one employee working who was not certified to peirce. I asked for a manager and was told they wouldn't be in until tomorrow. I then asked if I could have a discount for the inconvenience and she shook her head in confusion. We left with a lot of frustration. Not sure how an appointment can be made 7 hours in advance and no one could call to say they could not accept the appointment at the store. Will not be going back"

"Lexi was amazing! Brought my 4 year old in who a month prior went to a different Claires location & had a traumatizing experience getting one ear pierced, but decided she wanted to get the other one done. She was hesitant but Lexi was so kind , patient, understanding & not pushy with her. It made the world of difference & I SO APPRECIATE her for that. She also was super helpful & honest which eased my worries. Would definitely reccommend Lexi for, especially small children. Will definitely return when my other girls are ready to get their ears pierced."

"Lexi… I believe her name was, was so helpful on my helix piercing. I walked in very hesitant on getting them (one below the helix as well). She addressed my concerns and was very understanding. Now that it’s getting cold outside, I wanted to be sure I could wear a hat. Her hats were baggier than mine so I don’t doubt that hers were fine right after getting them. Also I am soooo glad I didn’t get both ears done at the same time because the first week I couldn’t lay on my side. But I think they ended up so cute! I don’t regret getting them at all."
