"I made an appointment for my daughter to have her ears pierced on her birthday. The appointment I made was at 9:30 (which was the available time on the website). I get there and the store doesn’t open until noon. Decided to try the other Walmart Claire’s site a few miles away because the website said it was open. It also opened at noon. Came back after noon and they didn’t have my daughters first or second choice in earrings. So again had to drive down to the other site. Please fix the online appointment scheduler. What should have been a twenty minute activity turned into a total of an hour and a half."

"Store manager was late to open shop. Waited 20 minutes after they were supposed to “open”. That is no way to run a business. I spend lots of money there and for them to open late shows they do not care about their costumers satisfaction. Very poor customer service when I got there. No one helped me find what I needed and I will not be shopping at this location again."

"We came in for first time ear piercings and the manager, Becca, was really sweet and encouraging to my young children. She answered all of my questions and showed us how to clean piercings. During our appointment, another customer flipped out at the manager using crude words. Becca not only calmly asked the lady to leave but apologized to me for the experience. Our experience at Claire's was great and I really appreciate how Becca wouldn't put up with trashy disrespect or allow it to continue."
