"The facilities, teachers, and programs are good, but the management leaves much to be desired. Apparently, there was a misunderstanding and they withdrew my child from the program. I found out days before the semester started. When I called them, they said I had to apply again and see if there was a spot available. I tried contacting the managers, but they wouldn’t reply except for Heidi. One of the people in charge was rude and told me she “didn’t have time” to fix the mistake she had made. One of the managers was very upset that we called her to her phone number (apparently she forgot her phone number is the parent handbook under “important contact info”). Anyways, this experience was so sad because this center was created to support student parents, and I just felt powerless and mistreated."

"They treat my boys so well, celebrate their milestones, give us the kids drawings (even my 7 month old), they have water days for the kids to splash in the water. My 1 year old learned so many songs and sign language from their teachers. The only reason I continue to attend uvu is to stay with this daycare"

"The best day care I’ve seen. They treat my kids so well and are seriously the best! Also reasonably priced. You do have to be enrolled at UVU to be able to send your kids, but if you are this is the best place."
