"The customer service in this store is appalling. If I could give zero stars I would. We were turned away from our piercing appointment so the employees could take a break. If you want the whole long story of our experience, see below: We booked an appointment to get my daughter’s ears pierced. When we got there a little before our appointment time there was another little girl getting her ears pierced. After she was done, my daughter hopped up into the chair and was excited. I walked up to the counter and told the girl we were there for our appointment. I saw her look at her food from mcDonalds. She then told us they were really backed up on piercings and that we would have to go to a different store in the mall where her mom was the manager. I said again that we had an appointment at Claire’s. She said it didn’t matter and that they were too backed up. My daughter was upset that she had to get down from the chair and go somewhere else. When we got to the other store, my daughter was still upset she said she changed her mind and didn’t want her ears pierced. I took her back over to Claire’s to buy her a necklace that she wanted. It had probably been 5-10 minutes since we were there before and there were zero customers in the store and the employees were eating their lunch. They looked SO overwhelmed with piercing customers (sarcasm)."

"I didn't catch our employees name, but she pierced my 8 year olds ears today and was absolutely lovely. She was so kind and good and what she does. She has 2 kids herself and was so personable. I was nervous about using Claire's, but I highly recommend them now."

This Store location is super clean and very organized. Everything is easy to find and neat. :)"
