"The two most important people in my life attend Bright Start. As a small family we have experienced more then any family should let alone children. With that said, when they started attending Bright Start. I was nervous, much like any parent would be. On first day around 5:30 seeing my son smile and free spirited as he once was. That was the moment I knew my kids were in a safe and loving environment where they could be kids again and also the moment I knew I picked the right place for us."

"These people watched as my sweet 60 year old mother slipped on their sidewalk that that did not salt. Not only did the lady see this happen. She did NOT come out to say one word to my poor mother. She now is in pretty severe pain and the lady thought it would be okay to completely ignore my injured mother when it was heir fault for not salting their sidewalk. She came out AFTER we had left and salted vigorously to alter the scene! You should have come out and said something lady. You are a terrible person. I would NEVER trust any child with you guys. Clearly you don’t care one bit about anyone. TERRIBLE TERRILE PLACE TO GO! Never take your child here. They neglect them. Most of the reviews are from employees!!! So many false reviews. Employees are not supposed to be reviewing this place. It is for customers only. Never go here. They ignore your children and watch as your sweet old mother slips and breaks her hip. Many reviews state their child had been scratched or injured in some way. Don’t take your kids here!"

"IF I COULD I WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE ONE STAR!!!! Took my newborn to this daycare for 1 month and I always missed a day or two out f the week cause this place was crazy. Employees were on their cellphones, did not follow ratio numbers which BY LAW they need too. There was always one teacher in the infant room with my infant PLUS 6-8 toddlers, SOMETIMES accompanied by another helper. I breast feed my daughter, and provided her milk but she was never given ALL breast milk by their choice they would give her a bottle of formula. Never completed their daily charts for my baby. I totally understand it can get busy with children BUT the last straw was when my INFANT came home with two scratches on her arm which looked like someone had gripped her arm with their nails. DISGUSTING! I called in for the next week searching for a new facility. THIS PLACE CHARGES WAY TOO MUCH FOR OFFERING NOTHING. I only liked Marina. Everyone else seemed like they have kids in this facility and need to make a quick buck."

"My son went here in 2015 to 2016 and at that time my husband and I never had any complaints the teachers were nice and made my son feel welcome and included, but I pulled him out because I couldnt afford the payments. However a month or so back my husband and I decided it was time to get him back to daycare and we figured he liked this place before but it had gone downhill in that year he was gone. My son hated it there, whenever my husband or I pick him up, he would always be in a corner crying, he was always asking for food like they never fed him and his pants were always soaked and when I confronted the teacher she said it was just water he spilled on himself.. he was only there for 2 weeks this time and I won't be taking him back."
