"Red Orchid Spa is by far the best place for pedicures. The establishment is clean, extremely friendly, and provides a phenomenal service. I have been to many other business for pedicures with a much lower price point. However, what you get in return is staph infections. My pedicures from Red Orchid last at a minimum a month. I’ve never had the polish chip, fade, or come off. I always purchase the pedicure with the massage and hot stones and the stuff always had to wake me up at the end! I have never been treated with the highest level of customer service any where else. I’ve had to cancel an appointment after the scheduled time as I had an emergency. The staff was very accommodating and emphatic and provided 3-4 additional appointment times for another day. I cannot say enough about this small business. The customer service ALONE they have a customer for life with me."
