"Well was gonna come in to look at some Halloween earrings & hair accessories. Upon entering Claire’s after purchasing the few things I needed from in walmart, I wasn’t acknowledged at all. The gal in the blue crop top & sweats was too busy on her phone. Years ago when I worked in retail/customer service this would have been several write ups, not sure if rules have changed since then but wow. The lack of customer service & professionalism is non existent also she didn’t have a name tag. A week ago or so popped in after my shopping and was warmly greeted by a friendly bubbly employee unpacking boxes & cleaning up the store. I believe her name started with a B but I didn’t catch her name because her hair was slightly covering her name tag. Nonetheless she looked well dressed and ready to be at work and wasn’t on her phone unlike the employee today."
"When I got my piercing they missed the dot the first time so they repierced it but it was completely uneven and they refused to do anything to fix the issue one side was in the right place and on the other side the earrings were OVERLAPPING! Mind you the manager Samatha had a vape in between her breasts. Very disappointing."
