"Dealt with first choice, called them and they sent one of their techs out to look at my ac and from the time he showed up till the time he left he made us feel uncomfortable and when he explained to us what he thought was wrong, he didn’t act like he knew what he was talking about, and he also gave us a bid for 8,000 to replace our ac and heating unit. We then reached out to one of the owners and he spoke to us like we where beneath him and was so unprofessional to my wife. Needless to say we didn’t not end up going with first choice, we went with Absolute heating an air and can I say it was a night and day difference, they where very professional and super personable. They replaced everything and even updated all electrical and gas lines they were not up to code, and they did it all for cheaper! I will never reach out to first choice again just because of the customer service."
