"Very disappointed with the customer service Brio Technologies provided for a 2 day corporate event. On the first day of the event, the tech showed up after our event started due to traffic. Rather than apologizing, the tech was defensive claiming there was an accident. 30 of our employees were traveling within a 20 mile radius of our event location and none were as late as the tech who was supposed to be on site before employees showed up at 7:15am. The second day of the event the tech did not provide adequate service and we lost video and sound due to a computer switch. The tech did not communicate the set up to the team and was condescending when asked to come back out to fix the technology saying our employees were unplugging cables and “messed every thing up”. I understand that things happen that are out of people’s control and that’s understandable but I am disappointed with the poor customer service, condescending nature, and unprofessionalism that I experienced with Brio Technologies. I highly recommend looking into other tech services in the area to avoid working with the rude employees at this company."
