After staining a large section my wife and I concluded it was not what we wanted. Even though we didn't purchase the paint through Jones, Mike Garner bent over backwards to help us! He was able to get us the color we wanted by tinting the 10 gallons of stain we didn't like. Saved me $500.00 and did it with a cheerful, "happy to help" attitude. "Had a fantastic experience with Jones Paint and Glass. The price was fair and the process was smooth. A couple of the windows ended up just barely small and rather than trying to make them work or persuade me that it would be fine they recommended that they eat the error and redo those windows. They even made some modifications in the type of window ordered at no extra cost. Gary was really helpful in describing the types of windows offered, was not pushy at all and really seemed to want to help me find the most cost effective windows for my needs. Dana the scheduler was very cheerful and the installers arrived right when scheduled. Steve, Duane and Riley did my install and were friendly and very helpful with my questions. They cleaned up after themselves and even left a couple tubes of caulk for me to seal up the one window they didn't replace. The windows look fantastic, very happy with my experience and will use them again."
