"Could not recommend this business more! Chris (the owner) is very knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way. Not to mention the shop is absolutely stunning! Well done Chris Barber, keep up the great work."
"Visited Bella Tile and Stone for some assistance with a kitchen project. Both Buzz and Jeff were very helpful and honest. Wide variety of tile offered. I had some interaction with the company via their Facebook Messenger - they were responsive and helpful on here too - even on the weekend."
"This place is amazing!!! Incredible inventory of beautiful tile and stone! I visited Bella yesterday, 15 minutes late. They still welcomed me inside and were more than happy to help me, even though my project was very low cost. The were incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to take care of me -- totally above and beyond what I expected. They treated me like a neighbor and best friend. This is THE place to go for tile and stone. Excellent customer service! Thank you, Bella Tile and Stone!"
"First the positives. Beautiful store, great selection. Once we ordered the tile in June we where told the tile would be here in 5-7 days. We are in the middle of a pandemic so it took 20 days. Understandable. In an email the owner said it had arrived and they would deliver it. Days went by, no delivery. (Our order was for $2,709 total) It turned out they had ordered the wrong tile. Every time I touched base with Buzz to figure out next steps I kept getting told they where very busy, short handed etc. It didn't matter that I had an appointment. Days kept going by, now its beginning of July and we are told the supplier no longer has the tile, we need to pick a new one. They also tried to substitute a cheaper tile for the premium we had selected telling us it was the same price. I decide to request a refund because we are getting too much run around, being told one thing then another. Getting our money back took ten days of being told they would process the $1,151 credit. After time passing and still no refund I have to email again. I'm told they need my credit card number, more days go by, nothing. Then I was told by the owner they did not know how to do a refund because they had never processed one before. I calculated my own refund, with pro-rated shipping which in the beginning they said there was no shipping on that part of the order. They finally wrote a check which I picked up from the store. I was not going to wait any more for them to mail it. It is now mid July. Absolutely surreal experience. We have five more bathrooms that we are remodeling. Unfortunately we will need to either go to SLC or online to find a supplier. Sad. I would be wary of buying anything from this business."
"Would give Zero stars if allowed - Horrible experience with the owner. We discovered Bella Tile and Stone in Park City, Utah, and were looking forward to working with them for tile work we are doing on a historic house restoration. Because the tile we wanted was a high end custom order product, we consulted with Bella several times trying to get the details right. The staff at Bella, especially Buzz, was patient and accommodating through several visits. After meeting with our tile installer, we were ready to review a few details and finalize the order. I thought this shouldn't take too long, so we called ahead and said we would be there at 4:00 pm. (This was a Thursday.) With 5 o' clock traffic and the drive up from Salt Lake we arrived at about 4:10 pm. When we arrived, it was clear the owner Chris was irritated to see us. They were preparing for another meeting at 5:00 pm, and Chris made this known. The employee that was trying to help us was repeatedly called away by Chris to prepare material for the more important 5:00 meeting. I was given a copy of our order with product codes and details I didn't understand, and told the employee that worked on our project was no longer with the store. While I am trying to de-code the order sheet, there are multiple announcements that they would be locking the doors at 5:00 pm. When it was clear our order was not going to happen, I asked why they hadn't just asked us to come up another time. Chris lit into us and let us know our project had been a big waste of time for them. (We had, by the way, given them a $1100 deposit on our order.) This turned into a screaming fight, with Chris throwing us out of the store, and threatening to call the police on us. As we were walking to our car in a state of stunned astonishment, we could hear Chris Barber whooping it up from inside the store. Throwing us out of the store was clearly a big moment for Chris. Don't believe what they say on their website: "No project is too large for us to handle or too small for it to not get our total attention. " Nobody should be treated the way we were at Bella Tile in Park City."
