"I’ve had Curry’s as my insurance agent from my very first car purchase until now. I recently purchased a new vehicle and added it to my policy. I was told it would be going from 180$ to 600$ a month. I thought that that was a bit much for two vehicles. So I went in and asked if I could possibly get a policy through a different insurance provider to get a lower payment. They told me “we’ll have her look for you and she’ll give you a call this afternoon.” Which was fine with me. It was now 5pm and heard nothing so I decided to call and they said that she’s still looking and will give me a call in the morning. Again, I understood and had no issues with that. The next day not a single call. I called the day after only for it to ring and ring with no answer. I wanted to get this done because my payment was coming up soon. Since they didn’t want to help me out, I called another local insurance agent and had a new policy with half the payment in the matter of 20 minutes. When I called to cancel my current policy with Curry they were quick to help me cancel it. Which goes to show me they just don’t want to do their job and are okay with losing customers. Curry was awesome when I was younger but the last few years they’ve really gone downhill."
