"Customer service was not very helpful. I had to call to get an invoice sent to me. It was not sent automatically like it was supposed to be. I was told 5-8 business days but part didn't show up for 3 weeks."

"I didn’t see all the negative reviews before I placed my order, but I’m glad I didn’t. I ordered a DeWalt light kit for my saw on Saturday (when they were closed for the weekend), it shipped Monday, and arrived Friday. I was emailed tracking info by UPS. They have a step by step tutorial on YouTube how to install it, which I was able to do in about 10 minutes. Everything snaps together with no special tools. Yes the website is a little rough in places, but these are tool people, not computer technology people. For what I ordered and needed, great experience."
