I came in & met with Shalynn who walked me through every single flooring type, taught me about the different materials, different installation options/processes, & I left with a priceless new education. I had always used lower quality flooring products in the past that just didn’t last so wanted to try something new. I initially tried their flooring on a remodel, LOVED IT, then did my personal home & several other flips & will never look back. "We came upon Wood Floor Warehouse by chance when we were just about to give up on what to do with our worn pine floor in our kitchen and entry. Randy introduced us to the idea of hand-scraping the existing floor and oiling it with Bona Craft Oil 2K. We brought in samples of the wood which they scraped and oiled to test for color and finish and we were sold. Oscar worked his tail off scraping the floor by hand to give it that historic look and Wyatt did the finish work. We were grateful not to have had to remove the intricate baseboards in the process. We were more than pleased with the outcome. It was now the floor this 160-year-old home had always needed. We would recommend Randy and his crew for any (and every) restoration project and for anyone who is looking for an authentic wood floor."

"We installed hickory flooring with a walnut stain over 5 years ago and the floor still looks fantastic. We get compliments on our floor all the time. We installed over 800 square feet ourselves. Definatly took some time but we’ll worth the effort. We chose a 3 x 7 x 3 x 5 pattern and really like the look."

"Honest and polite with excellent pricing. They even lets us borrow a flooring stabler for free. However I can't give 5 stars because they gave my mother a very poor advice for a novice.  They described a parque floor with herringbone edges as "easy". It easily quadrupled the time to install the floor. It was not manipulative, it was just poor advice for novice floor install.  They ended up selling us *less* wood than they would have because one quarter of the patten used wood we already owned.  They are honest and have good prices.  However their advice is not for novices. In they should enquire if the costumer has experience before recommending expert level floor patterns. I ended up having to do a lot of face nailing."

"Randy the owner was SO helpful. I found myself in a tight bind trying to finish a job so I could make it home to Arizona before Christmas and I was finding myself out of luck. I was referred to the Wood Floor Warehouse, and Randy and his colleague Doug jumped through hoops to sell me some wood filler.
