"Despite five days of effort to ensure the product was paid for acclimated and ready for install, using PTO to be home for install, confirming day of install with both the store and the installer, they pulled a no-show. No phone call or anything. I had to call the installer to find out what was going on he said he was digging into it with his regional manager but never reached back out to me to explain. In the end the use of the PTO cost me nearly $500, still no installer or phone call, sitting down to find another company."

"The counter guy is awesome. He really knows flooring! He had my material ready to go before I even finished my phone call. Fair price too! Oh, and hit me up if you're on the Wasatch Front (or back) and need hardwood flooring repair. This came out well and I am a perfectionist! Oh, and the end user is pleased."

"The experience of purchasing the flooring was easy, as it was done completely online. The product is what it appeared to be and seems of good quality. The low star rating is due to customer service. Their email or phones are frequently down, and we have had to initiate the majority of our contact with them in situations where they should have been contacting us. When going in-store to figure out what was going on with our order after hearing nothing from them for over a week past the delivery date, after waiting some time for a representative, while the rep was helping me, she allowed a man who just walked in to "cut in line" and she began helping him instead. When we utilized their installation service, it has now been a month since the contractor came to measure, and we have yet to receive a quote from Lumber Liquidators. Again we had to initiate contact with them several times, again they claimed systems have been down, and with each call they've assured us an answer within the evening, and then we hear nothing. That's happened about three times, and we still don't have a quote. We are now looking elsewhere for installers, and will hesitate before purchasing from Lumber Liquidators again. Update: Ironically, while I was writing this, my husband called LL again and actually got a quote back! The quote looks like they didn't talk to the contractor. They listed the wrong kind of flooring, were going to charge to remove linoleum when the contractor said he wasn't going to remove it, and were going to charge $100 to move a cheap 4 person Ikea table, among other oddities."
