"My rating specifically relates to installation technicians. Had some countertops replaced. For both sections, some paint was peeled as they took out the old one. They didn't bother to tell me and let me touch up the spot quickly, just caulked right over it meaning it will be harder for us to repair after the fact. Second, when they did the bathroom sink I specifically asked for the holes for the faucet to be drilled close to the sink opening. Even after saying they would, they drilled it so far back the plumber was surprised and commented at the distance. Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism in both events."
