"I just went to this store today to ask for a duct elbow and the man behind the counter waved his arm and said it’s down there. When I asked where he said I told you down these in the bin. I said I had looked down there twice and asked if he could walk down with me to find it. When we walked down the aisle he said it looks like we don’t have it and walked away. I have never been treated so rudely in a store. This man needs to be fired! It was awful and disrespectful. I will never go back there."

"This has been my "go to" hardware and plumbing store for quite a while... until today. Yesterday I purchased 2 relatively high priced items from the store and the salesman was great, a true gentleman. I took the items home to determine what fittings and other supplies I would need and returned today for the additional purchases. The salesman who helped me yesterday was busy, so a different person "helped" me. All through the transaction he was condescending and judgemental. Finally I had enough and walked out, leaving the pipe fittings that I had been collecting behind; I went elsewhere for my purchases and I doubt that I'll go back as long as there is a possibility that I'll encounter that same salesman. I went back to get something from the HARDWARE side. I didn't go to the plumbing side and won't ever again. I discussed my experience and the other employees know about the rude, demeaning employee on the plumbing side. Seriously, if they know that he's offending so many people, why do they put up with him? Don't talk down to me. It isn't impressive."

"My wife went to see about getting a repair kit for a pressure regulator. I had written down all the info from the tag for them. She was treated very rudely and condescendingly. They wouldn't even look at the info that she brought in, which was everything that was on the tag. This is the third time that she has gone there and each time has been treated rudely, but this was the worst. They are disrespectful to women, and I don't appreciate it at all. I will never go there myself and am recommending that my wife doesn't either, even though they are close to our house."

"Every time I come to this location I have been taken care of by at least one employee. Everyone usually knows what they are talking about and if they don't most the time they will do the research to help get me out of there. A young man named Mike I believe with red hair has helped me several times and I enjoy the conversations we've had along the way. He helped me get my shower valve figured out and recommended a positemp valve and even printed out a paper telling me the correct way to install it. I recommend this location to anyone who need professional help."

"Melinda helped educated us about tubs when we had been to four other stores that not one person helped us. She then asked us about our project, and helped us move towards the next step in an educated, prepared way. We learned about tub faucets and toilets and so many other details that were vital to the order of install work that our project required to move forward in a timely manner. If I needed things repeated again and again, she did so with a smile. She took time to listen to my likes and dislikes and researched each item until I was happy with it. She had a really great “can do” attitude and the best customer service I’ve had. She wasn’t afraid to ask someone more knowledgeable than her for a second opinion on a few of my oddball questions. This woman was amazing. Can’t say enough about her and how happy I am with my purchases !"
