"Ordered a black toilet from this company through Amazon. The wrong item just arrived, it is white. Everyone is very unfriendly. I keep getting transferred around to different voilcemails that are all full. There is not one to help you. We just wanted to find out if we should start a refund, or try for an exchange. We are running out of time for our plumber to be on our project, and didn't want to get a white one again. Now we are required to bring a heavy toliet to a UPS facility, there is no option for a pick-up at our home. Ordering from somewhere else."
