"Walked in around 7:00 p.m., not busy at all. Was ready to order after all ready waiting 7 minutes then all the sudden the employee jumped up off the floor she was sitting on eating food. She didn't wash her hands before handling the food. So first impressions were not great. Smoothie, my spouse order was way runny like milk runny. The ice-cream wasnt that great tasting as it seemed to taste old. Wont be back!"
"There was a problem with some of the product I purchased. However, the bigger problem was with untrained staff. The owner contacted me immediately, worked to provide a solution and has promised the staff will be better trained. I would happily go here again. It is a cute little shop with unique flavors."
"We wanted to get a smoothie here because their website said the smoothies were gluten free. (Dietary need). We walked in and the two workers just stared at us awkwardly. When we asked about the smoothies and which ones were gluten free, they said none of them were. So we left, rechecked the website (which says they are gluten free). But we weren't comfortable asking them to make one if they didn't have the knowledge of what was gf or not Not sure if they just need more training or what. I gave them 2 stars because the establishment was clean and had a fun atmosphere."
"Great little spot. Very good ice cream with a more home-made feel and tasty ingredients. It’s nice to have ice cream that isn’t 90% sugar and to see thing ls like dark chocolate chips and real peanut butter instead of flavorings. All four flavors we tried were very good. It’s worth a stop for sure."
