I personally bought a sourdough loaf, a beignet, and a coffee -- and need to remark that the cold brew was absolutely delicious. Maybe the best cup of coffee I've enjoyed in Park City."

"A coffee and baked good connoisseurs heaven! I visited The Bake Shop for the first time a couple of days ago and I have to say that it was wonderful. It is not only in a perfect location, but it is incredibly clean and has fabulous energy. Paige (I believe she is the or one of the owners) was incredibly kind and attentive. The apple danish I had was fantastic and I can tell that each and every one of their menu items is well thought out. I am impressed with this wonderful and much needed new addition to Park City and I cant wait to see what they do next!"

The effort and love to make every item from scratch is shown well, and I love the creative ways they come up with to mitigate food waste (When I was there they had a savory breakfast bread putting with yesterday's baguettes, chili, sausage, and cheese)."
