"This business has the best selection of onyx in the state. I worked primarily with Jody and she was kind and helpful while i selected a beautiful piece of honey onyx. Unfortunately, when it was delivered to the fabricator, a fissure spanning the entire length of the slab was discovered by Brandon. None of us had detected it when i purchased it but it would have required some significant repair if i was going to keep it. I immediately was contacted by the fabricator notifying me of the fracture and then called Jody who said, that they would make it right and to come to the gallery and look at other slabs. Everyone there including Riley and his brother,, Tina, Diana. and Brandon were extremely kind and understanding as i selected a different slab. However, Jody was the most amazing. She insisted the slab be moved to a place where i could view it in natural light to determine how it would look backlit. The only problem with Venetian Tile & Stone Gallery is it is virtually impossible to select just one piece of stone as they have so many gorgeous slabs but Jody took exceptional care of me and I finally picked a beauty."
