"Great supplier and friendly staff."
"Take 900 to Ernest Products Building. In the SW corner of Ernest/Updike building. Small Rugby sign on 900. Keep to south fence past the huge tank."

"The worst product and customer service we have ever received. We ordered new doors for our home and every door was damaged. We tried working with Rugby to replace our doors and they would not stand behind their product. Not only did they not replace our doors they caused further damage to them when they shipped them back to their warehouse to be evaluated and then banded all the doors together on a pallet and send them back. We now have a new home with unusable doors that are falling off the hinges and was basically told from Rugby they never wanted to hear from us again. We would highly recommend using another company for your doors!"
"Worst customer service ever! They need to clean house and remove incompetent employees! I had two orders placed with them through a retailer. The first order: salesman called Rugby and received a quote while I was standing next to him to ensure that the proper door was specified. They were closing out the specific door I needed. GREAT! The price they quoted was for a 1 3/4" door at the 1 3/8" price. When the doors arrived 2 weeks later, they shipped a 1 3/8" door. I refused the order. The house has the larger doors, this is a remodel/addition type project. The paperwork stated the correct 1 3/4" but the price was for a 1 3/8" door. Instead of contacting the retailer (who in turn contacts me, the customer) to verify price/size, they just shipped the door anyway. The second order: again all paperwork was processed correctly. When the door showed up, it was again incorrect! the transmittal from the retailer stated a two panel and the shipping paperwork from Rugby showed a one panel. Rugby said it would be a additional four weeks to get the correct door. This is not customer service, if you have already waited 3 weeks for a product that is obviously incorrect you get it done NOW. I grabbed a copy of the all paperwork from the retailer and went to Rugby to get it all sorted out. Upon arrival, i met with the salesman who processed the order. Once he realized that I was the customer and not the retailer, Ed promptly pointed to the exit door and told me to leave because I was not "the customer" and "GET OUT!" Ed screwed up but what is intolerable was his attitude further severing any possibility of a professional correction of the issue. I have a copy of all the paperwork to show exactly where the errors occur and sent it to corporate. I would never use Rugby for anything unless a serious house cleaning occurs! Lost time is lost revenue along with the 12 hours spent in correspondence and research, four trips to the retailer two of which to PU the materials in a vehicle that gets 12 mpg up and down Parleys Canyon. They are inadvertently driving up the cost of construction and minimizing profits!"
