"I drove half an hour to get to the store just to hear from the guy inside the store: “May I ask you to step outside and call us with your needs”. Prior to driving to the store I checked all the sections of their website (even COVID-19 section) and nowhere did it say that their showroom is closed until I got to the store and saw that note on the door. Don’t forget guys that people rely heavily on the info that you have on your website, so please, don’t be lazy and update it regularly, so we are not waisting our precious time on idle drives."
