"Daltile has a beautiful Salt Lake City showroom with an excellent selection. We worked with LeAnn the showroom manager and her professionalism, product knowledge and recommendations were excellent! While ordering sample we had a couple phone conversations and her follow up was impeccable. I highly recommend Daltile if you are looking for tile or stone."

"I just can't even express how disappointing this place is. They have a wonderful selection, but ordering from them is a nightmare. My contractor (a friend) ordered my tile with me on the phone because they refused to allow me to order it even with his written consent; then when they took the order they indicated pay on pickup; then when we heard nothing and were already into construction we contacted them to find out they never ordered it because it wasn't pre-paid. They claim to have sent the contractor an invoice link, but he checked all email folders while we were on the phone with them, and never received it. They just plain dropped the ball. They didn't even offer to make things right....I am going to have to pay to expedite the tile or go elsewhere. After they said they would send over another invoice to my and my contractor's email.............still nothing the next day. Update: Next day I contacted the order desk manager, Angela, who was fabulous. She told me the people I had dealt with earlier were in their Texas call center. She got the invoice to me immediately and is having them ship directly to me so that I have it ASAP."
