"I am a local salt lake City Tile contractor. I find it very frustrating not being able to get ahold of anybody directly on the phone. You're immediately sent to a third party off-premises call center of some sort. As a contractor you build friendships and relationships with the people in the warehouse and the service desk. It's easy to handle things, get prices and check on stock. The third party company always asks for your account number and your telephone number attached the account. They treat you like a number. Not much customer service and can't seem to answer simple questions about tile. Very frustrating. It forces me to use vendors that's still answer their phone when you call."

"Travel one to pick up a tile order, get there 10 min before but they was already close google say they close at 5 pm get there the door say they close at 4 pm and I get there at 3:50 pm really but service I’ll take out marazzi out of my show room for sure."
