"I have volunteered to pick up merchandise for them. They are very organized in their storage. I have referred persons there and learned they the occ is very responsive the the needs of clients, with-in their abilities to offer services. They work with and assist numerous other entities in the community. They manage Carol's Pantry, providing emergency foods to those in need, limiting allocations to one week of available provisions. They offer bedding and household goods depending on availability, and offer emergency shelter dependant on specific needs and meeting appropriate criteria. The staff is friendly and helpful, and willing to assist after hours in specific situations. They fill a vital role in the community were others are not able."
