"We have spent thousands of dollars at this location to replace all the flooring in our home. Including shipping from an out of state location because they were out of the kind we needed. It was not a cheap purchase, we get half way done with our last room and realize the rest of the flooring is completely damaged. We requested an additional 5 boxes to replace those. They said we would be responsible for $500 for new shipping to send them again. I’m trying to talk to the agent (Jada) about it, I’m frustrated but still being civil, she is talking over me, raised her voice and then hung up on me. Then the store won’t answer their phone for me anymore. The worst customer service, they aren’t there to help the customer. And they filed a claim with fedex for the damaged goods. Not sure why they can’t use that for the new shipping? I will NEVER use this company again. I have a half done floor and who knows when we will get the rest at this point because no one will help me."

From my first phone call to schedule my project measure, to going into the store to select and purchase my product; their customer service was heads and shoulders above all the rest. I selected the Bourbon Barrel Oak vinyl plank flooring and it is beautiful!! I took advantage of their promotional financing, which was very easy to qualify for and I opted for their installation service as well. I cannot say enough great things about the fantastic experience I had with the flooring installer that LL Flooring recommended! I had put off replacing the floor in our great room/dining/kitchen for nearly 5 years because of how daunting the task seemed. I had a mix of horrid broken tile and badly aged carpet. LL Flooring sent Tyler Cline (Cline Precision Flooring) out to quote the job, of which he promptly showed up and answered all of my millions of questions. He 100% put my mind at ease. He also gave me options to demo the old flooring myself, pick up my own materials and do my own haul away to save money. His quote was VERY reasonable! I was pleasantly surprised. He was very flexible with scheduling the job, which worked great with my unpredictable life. Tyler's crew, Sinisa and Kemo, installed my new flooring lightning fast! They were two of the nicest, most professional and courteous people I've ever met. They truly take pride in their work and their craftsmanship is beyond impressive. I couldn't be happier with my new floor, it is absolutely gorgeous! I would hire Tyler and his crew again in a heartbeat. "Great selection and competitive prices. I won't choose them because they wanted to charge me to have someone measure my project. I told the guy that other businesses don't charge and he responded with "I'm sure that helps pay for gas." Really stupid response to a bad company practice. I'm not paying someone to give me an estimate when others do it for free."

"Had a great experience buying flooring here. Staff and Manager gave us great customer service. We only purchased product, didn’t have them do our installation. We went with their Cooper Barrel Oak. Overall happy with how it turned out!"

"While the materials I purchased are good quality and the price for the flooring was fair, even better than the other places I checked out, I'm very disappointed with the installation service. I would buy materials from them again but I would never use the installation service from this location again. I've posted some photos of the "finished" product and the photos don't even begin to show the issues I had. Gaps and glue everywhere, delay, after delay, etc.. I was told they would install on September 4-5. The installer that showed up wasn't comfortable with the job so he left. They said someone else would be there on the 7-8 to finish it up. I guess he couldn't get someone there so he came himself on the 8th and did a little work. Then it drug on with a little work here, a little work there every day for a full week. It caused issues and delays with other subcontractors trying to get in to do their scheduled work. Every instruction I gave the installers was ignored and in most cases they did the exact opposite. As a result the "finished" floor is far from what I was asked for and paid for. One example: I told them my carpet came in a twelve foot wide roll so there was an area I wanted finished with laminate around the carpet. I instructed them to leave an area 11'10" wide so I wouldn't have a seam in the carpet. Instead they left the opening at 12'2" so now I have a seam. The whole project was a mess. I have a box full of transitions that I paid for and were never installed. At this point I think I'll install them myself as I don't trust the install service to do it right and I'm done dealing with them. I updated my review to 3 stars. After my initial review both Lumber Liquidators and the owner of the installation company got in touch with me. The installers came back and cleaned up the glue and fixed the most problematic areas. The install process was still a mess to deal with, but both Lumber Liquidators and the Installation company did their best to make things right so I have to give them credit for that."
