"Diego was SUPER helpful. We found the tile that we wanted but there were not enough on the display shelf. We asked two associates but they were no help. We went to Diego for help and he looked up the item number and told us that there were plenty more in stock, they just have to get it down. He was so polite, kind, and helpful! He is a great store associate that genuinely wants to customers. Please give him recognition for being an amazing associate!"

"Cannot express how pleasantly surprised my husband and I were with the level of service we received from the moment we walked through the doors of this store. We were greeted by Greg who knew exactly where to find the shower doors, something we never even noticed in prior visits to pick out tile. After talking privately about 3 mins about which options would suit our renovation best, we were greeted by Savana who was ready with her tablet to show us all of the finish options for the door we were considering. And as wonderful as this entire experience was so far, we were shocked to find out that they had exactly what we wanted in stock and ready for pick up. Crazy in this day when our "big box stores" hardly ever have anything in stock, their delivery usually takes weeks and good luck not having your item damaged before it reaches you. Savana and Greg worked together at the register to setup our pickup time (we didn't have our truck with us) and both offered their continued assistance on other projects we had been considering, Savana gave me an instant quote on wood flooring I had my eye on. I am never going to Home Depot again! Thank you Savana and Greg!!!"
