"I scheduled an appointment for my daughter to have her ears pierced about 6 months ago. They remain in great shape. We were given solid advice on how to keep the fresh piercings clean. The piercer measured each ear and offered suggestions on where might keep hoop earring symmetrical. The cleaning solution worked well and I was happy to buy a product that helped keep my daughter's ears infection free. I was given good options as a mom from the selection of titanium earrings. These earrings were great and comfortable for the first 3 months after. I witnessed the concern for cleanliness of the piercing tools and surrounding areas. Before I went in I read complaints about "rudeness". I felt like the piercer was a little blunt but not rude. He obviously knows his stuff. My daughter experienced very little pain. We are glad we went here instead of Claire's."
