"Hard to even begin. Started out great with them, they offered no interest for so many months which is the only reason I went with them. Put my deposit down and when I was ready to actually order I absolutely couldn’t get ahold of anybody. Nobody would answer the phones or call back whatsoever. I could only get ahold of Ashton via email despite asking him to call me multiple times. Found out that they didn’t do interest free anymore and now I have to pay 12% interest because they didn’t bother informing me of the change and refused to give my down payment back. My building seemed like a great deal until I had to remove a lean to and the wood floors I ordered (which should’ve taken off several grand), but actually my price increased dramatically. When I asked why I was told because I had to up the snow load a smidge and the first quote for the building wasn’t priced correctly. So apparently just adding a little higher snow load doubles your price on the building. Then, in every drawing I received of the building it called for 12’ on the short walls. Come to find out those walls were only 8 ‘ high and the drawings were completely inaccurate the entire time. When the building guys showed up they did a great job BUT didn’t speak a lick of English and I had a heck of a time trying to tell them where the doors and windows went. The whole ordeal was a mess and I’m still mad that I’m now not only paying WAY more than I was originally quoted for a BIGGER building than I actually have, but I also get to pay 12% interest on it. These aren’t even all the issues, 0 stars."
