"Just wanted to let you know that YB overcharged a elderly woman with dementia. I had to cancel the morning of my appointment. I woke up with a contagious eye infection and the doctor told me to cancel the appointment. When I called the owner informed me of a cancellation fee. My sister called once my eye was no longer contagious to schedule. She asked about the cancellation fee and was told she would not be charged so my sister scheduled the appointment to have my nails done. After YB finished doing my nails she took my credit card and double charged my card. She had charged my card and I did not understand what was happening . The message is the Salon takes financial advantage of the elderly population. She mislead me into scheduling saying I would not be charged with the cancellation fee. I had the courtesy to cancel the appointment since I was contagious. It is sad she takes advantage of fixed income elderly women."
