"Pedi water was cold. I ask male tech time after time not to buff the top of my nail, it just grew back where the last tech buffed the entire nail off my toe! He still buffed and buffed and buffed, like really! I had to yank my foot back. I chose two gel nail colors, he explained one was five dollars extra and the other was ten dollars extra. I acknowledge him, two minutes later, he tells me the prices again... Then he commences to tell me my total price was fifty five dollars. I explained again for at least the third time that I was getting a Pedi and a mani. So no, it'll be more than fifty five! Wouldn't you know five minutes later, he tells me the price again. I didn't even correct him the second time he called him self calculating what I was going to owe. Mind you I was treating a family member to a pedicure as well. I couldn't after I yanked my foot back, I just asked how much I owe! A lady tech blocked me from getting out the chair. I rose to my feet with my 5ft 10 inches hovering over her 4'11. She finally moved out the way. I didn't mean to kick over the cups, but I am cripple and was upset. I walked to the register and asked her continuously what I owed them! She was trying to explain I guess. At that point, I don't care. My money good. Too bad they won't be getting it!"
