"Every time I go here they’re not very friendly I greet them with good morning and don’t even get a response back. They charge for everything extra milk, extra cream and extra sugar & cinnamon and when you get your coffee the extra cream and sugar & cinnamon I’m charged for isn’t even added. They don’t listen or just don’t care. The bathrooms are very messy and doesn’t even have paper towels or hand soap stocked. One of the associates is mopping the floor with dirty mop water splashing onto countertops. Not my first time experiencing this at this location. Customer beware."

"I am an Uber eats delivery driver and have picked up from this location numerous times. It used to be a great experience. Now the staff has changed and my last experience there was horrific. I walked in and it was empty, nobody in drive thru and the staff acted as though I was invisible. In the meantime, I can see the customer's order just sitting there on the counter getting cold. I said, "hello", hi hey I am here to pick up an order." I was completely ignored, they looked right at me several times without saying anything. When the rude, abrupt, skinny lady decided to finally acknowledge my presence, the order was picked up and dropped on the counter without any regard for fragility and she just walks off. I still told the staff to have a great day as I left, however I will never pick up an order from this location again no matter how big the tip is."

"I don't drink coffee so this review has nothing to do with that, I get there hot chocolate though and it was alright they don't put much chocolate in it, even when I have asked for extra it still tastes like steamed milk. They always have a nice staff working there though."

"Bad customer service. When asked if my drink was right the person responded well you ordered it 15 minutes ago. ????what???? That's usually how I order and it doesn't look like this. And he said well its separated. I said ok can you mix it up. The girl handed me 4 popsicle sticks and said this is all we can do. What?????? Update... after stirring with the popsicle sticks, still looks separated and weird in the cup. Update... decided to drink it and it is not the same drink. Update... separated even more and I threw it away."

"The location is perfect as it is right on state street and very close to I-80. Parking is convenient. Service is fast and very friendly. Came in for a cake pop and cocoa for my three year old son and hot cider for myself to curb the cold day. My son gave a thumbs up for his cocoa and the cider was on point. I will be back. I highly recommend."
