Einstein Bros. Bagels

"I go to Einsteins so much it isn’t funny. I went to this location because it was close to the hospital that my husband was having a major surgery at. Let me tell you, what started as a rough day only got worse. I ordered a 2 egg and ham with cheddar bagel and I got some egg and cheese only. I also got a bagel with smear on the side, apparently they are going broke because only half my bagel got the cream cheese. None of the employees spoke very good English which is sad considering we are in America and Einstein is an American restaurant. Moral of the story is they couldn’t even fix my order. I believe in everyone having jobs no matter the language they speak but someone who can speak fluent English is important in an order taking position. I’m pretty disappointed and starting to think I may need to find a new breakfast place with as bad as my last few times have been."

"Decades ago, Einstein bought a little chain called Brackman Bros. , which had far superior boiled bagels. These are okay, but I think of what I am missing every time. Also, this location never restored indoor seating for some reason after the pandemic."

"The team that worked yesterday is SO AMAZING!!! I was in a super tight pinch thanks to another coffee company and needed coffee at the last minute for a super crucial corporate event! They helped me out quickly and were so kind to me!!! I’ll recommend this location to anyone who needs coffee for a corporate event, and I’ll spread the word to our entire building (with multiple offices) that this is the place to go! Everyone on shift yesterday deserves a huge bonus and raise for all their hard work!!! I can’t stop raving about them! Truly life savers. Thank you!!"

"We got two breakfast sandwiches and they took forever and forgot the cream cheese on both and burnt both. Save yourself the time and don’t go to this location. This is the worst breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had we ended up throwing away both of them. Waste of time and money."

"Staff was friendly, place was clean. Food is decent. Very filling and best to eat in car, the whole burrito thing. The twice baked hash browns had cheese in it, didn’t expect that, but it was not as good as a regular hash brown"
