"They are not to be trusted with any modern vehicle! They do not understand the electronic systems. I spent over $7,000 on a system for my Alfa Romeo Guilia with them. I told them I wanted it to sound great and I did not want to have warning lights on my dash. They put it in and it seemed to work at first, then about 3 months in the warning light came on in the dash. I took it back probably three times, each time of my own volition, with a new idea to get the dash light off. They never did any serious diagnosis and could not solve the problem. Ultimately I sold the car, so I had to get the system removed (which they said when they put it in that it could be reversed out). So I paid them around $600 to take it out and the dash light would not go out. I took it to the Alfa dealer and the wiring harness needed replacement because they had damaged it! That cost me $1300!. I asked for a refund for my removal costs - that was all but they didn’t even bother to answer. The attached pictures show the damage to the harness. TLDR - They are careless, they damage your car, don’t deliver on their promises."

Not only was the pricing fair, but the ethicality and helpfulness showed by the staff was above and beyond expectations. Cannot recommend them highly enough. I've also previously had a system removed by them and the quality, speed, and pricing was all far above expectations. I'll be returning for future projects."

"Went in to replace a fuse holder for a super old install in the engine bay, and within 5 mins Nick had me set right. I may have been able to use my old holder again with an extra fuse he had, but the fact he was willing to help me out at no cost encouraged me to just go ahead with a new holder and modern fuse for it. 5 min, $20 later, done."

"You know I would bring all my cars to Innovative cuz they were great but after what I experienced today was absolutely garbage. Nicks customer service sucks, never even followed up with me after waiting an hour over his estimated time, never told me why it taking so long or any details. I told nick to have them put together my dash and plug in that microphone and usb and just leave it coming out on bottom but him being on his phone 24/7 he didn’t get the memo but the technician was a stud and took his time to come out to my car and explain things to me and I asked why didn’t nick tell you to put together my dash and etc like I told him to? "I came to this shop back in 2021 and they installed and wired a 5 channel amp, the speakers, and helped me pick a suitable amp, theft proofed it (even to me) and it was a CLEAN install. I occasionally go back and they answer any questions I have, they're patient with me, and as a result, I've recommended to other potential customers their way. They also tuned another vehicle I have because I don't have an ear for it. It sounds crisp, clear and much better. A massive shout out to Bill and Nick, the invididuals who have helped me the most often. I will continue to give them my business."
