"I would not recommend Elite Door & Window. I had a home built and they were the subcontractor who installed the garage door. After about a year, the automatic opener started having problems. When the door closed, it wasn't even. One side was touching the driveway and the other side was a few inches off the ground. After a couple of weeks, it wouldn't close all the way. It would start to close, but when it had about 2 or 3 feet to go, it would open again. I cleaned the sensors and the track, but it kept doing it. I contacted them and was told that although it's outside of the warranty, they would "take care of any installation or manufacture defects no charge." They did let me know they were busy and weren't sure when they could get to it. I waited 4 weeks without hearing from them. I emailed again to ask when they could come look at it. I got a response saying someone would call me to set up an appointment. That was a week ago and I still haven't gotten a call. I contacted another company who responded the next morning (Sunday) and set up an appointment to come out on Wednesday. They came out and fixed it. It took a total of 3 days. Sadly, I had to pay over $500 to have Elite's mistakes fixed. Not only are they unprofessional, but their work is also sloppy. They had even left a drill bit above the garage door when they were installing it. If possible, I'd take your business somewhere else."

"Had an awesome experience with this shop installing the garage doors of my new shop, This was the 1st build I ever did and I am having a lift installed in the shop there was an issue with the height of the tracks and openers clearing and these guys had the answers they were there when they said and performed to perfection, they listened to my concerns and saved the day with the ideas and soultuions they had ,thanks Tyler and the crew"
