Most employees are concerned about the way things are done but I was told, "this is Atkore, nothing will change" Clearly that is indeed true. When given an opportunity to improve they decided against it and even went as far as to retaliate."
"Fired me because I wanted to work slow and right for my first weeks and lied about me. Said I got fired for missing 50% of work (I missed 3 days in 2 weeks) And got sick from somthing in the air sinuses, lungs, throat burning and still worked the rest of the day. 2nd degree burns on my back and stomach. Thats how i missed 3 days. If you wanna work here its up to you. This is my thoughts on their company."
