"Purchased a nice Harman pellet stove from Cooling and Heating last year. Finally received it and had multiple issues getting the stove up and running. Called Phil and he came out today and was able to troubleshoot the stove and get us operational. The issue was an installation issue and not a stove issue. We are incredibly satisfied with his efforts and the results he was able to get for us."

"I called several fireplace supply shops in St. George and Cedar City looking for a refractory panel for the back of a 50 year old fireplace and everyone told me they weren't made anymore and I needed to upgrade my fireplace. When I talked to Jesse at Cooling and Heating Supply he didn't sound optimistic but told me he would make some calls to look for one. Jesse called me back a half hour later after talking to the manufacture directly. While they haven't been made in 40 years he was able to get the serial number of the fireplace and have them build one from scratch. It was nearly $300 and took over a month to build it and have it sent to his store, but he didn't even charge me shipping on the 60 lb panel since they order from the manufacture regularly anyway. It was more than I wanted to spend, but a lot less than a new fireplace like everyone else wanted to sell me. I very much appreciated the time and effort he put into my issue that no one else was willing to do. Thanks Jesse!"

"I can only tell you of two experiences. First gave me a fair deal on an upgrade for my fireplace while building my home. Secondly, they sold me a 4" furnace filter for roughly $12 per filter when Southwest Plumbing was going to charge me $42 per filter. I have found them to be fair and honest."
