"Looking at recent reviews and seeing many negatives, I see I'm in the right place. Unfortunately, this seems to be a company who is just accepting bad reviews and not making positive changes. My issue was receiving a different product from what I ordered. Instead of receiving the PEX tubing I ordered I got a roll of cheap ice maker tubing. It does not match the picture or description of what I ordered. Customer support has offered to give me a partial refund even though their was no fault on my end. It was either a shipping mistake or a misrepresentation on their end. In an exchange of 17 emails, some of the responses I received were very vague and somewhat deceptive. I believe it was just distractions to get me to give up on requesting a refund. There are plenty of other plumbing suppliers online, I will use a different one next time."
"I trusted the accuracy of their site that said 1-2 weeks to ship. It’s been nearly a month and I get vague responses when I’m asking for timing (“…it could be next week or it could be another 3 weeks”). They really should update their site to say “special order” for items they don’t have in stock. At the moment I feel like the part will ship at some point but right now I’ve left myself a reminder to challenge the charge on my credit card if nothing arrives in 45 days."
"I was unable to complete an online order because of payment issues. I contacted the store and was transferred to Aaron Villasis Customer Service Manager he stayed on the phone with we helped me through the process.. Promised he'd call back within an hour ; which he did . The order was finally placed . I appreciate his patience and understanding."
