"Great paint, TERRIBLE customer service. We ordered a sample which they picked the base and we loved the sample, went to get it made and had to get it in a higher sheen then we wanted to to “get the same color” bought a couple gallons took them home and it was not even close to the same color, now were just out over 100 bucks. I don’t know why they didn’t mention any of that to us when we bought our samples."

"I've been trying to match my interior paint color for about 6 months now. It's an odd eggshell pale green. Definitely custom. The gentleman at Sherwin Williams worked with me over several visits and we finally got it exactly right. I couldn't be happier. Can now touch up some areas without repainting entire walls. During that 6 months, went to 2 other hardware stores in town. Not bad results, close. In the end, gentleman at Sherwin Williams had the patience and know how to make it happen."
