"My father-in-law was just there to get some pipe. They had it loaded on his trailer and paid for. They had one more bundle that they were saying they were going to send back up North because they didn't want it there so he told them he would buy it. They went in to run his card again and realized that the new bundle was a higher price and told him they were going to have to charge him double what he had already paid for the pipe on his trailer that was already paid for or they would unload it and refund his card. To me that was already his property bought and paid for. They had no right to charge him more or to unload it off his trailer. Where is the accountability these days."

"I went to Peterson to buy a float for my sump pump. These floats should cost between 30 and 50 dollars. The guy at the counter couldn’t find a price in the system so he charged me 85 dollars. I understand that a cash customer shouldn’t get the same prices as contractors, but that doesn’t mean they have to take advantage. Southwest plumbing is a better choice."
