"installed a faulty screen into my car, which blew a fuse twice consecutively. When I requested for them to find an OEM screen, they refused to install or even source me apart. The shop has shown me nothing but incompetence and lack of interest in customers needs, and I do not recommend that anyone who actually cares about their vehicle goes here."

"(Honest review, doing this to save someone from dealing with this. Look at photos )Earlier this year I went to car concept to do my tint. They just hired a new guy with “experience” so we did it. They didn’t do it right and bubbles were appearing after the tint cured. So I went back they “fixed it”. Still bubbles driver side and rear window . They were treating me like I was a bother when it’s not my fault they don’t have professionalism. Noel told me she would make things right and would set me up to get it done by a professional else where. (Bc she knows they couldn’t get it done) Never called back so I called back 2 months later. She set me up to get it done w her new trainee bc obviously last guys sucked they admitted that. But asked her if she’s sure her new trainee can get it done right she said yes . They teach them to do the tint btw and they are not qualified to do so or she would have fixed it herself. She was worse than the last guy. Carved WINDOW and all. It’s cured up now and just take a look at the photos and you’ll see the back is just horrible . They carved into my back window with a knife not sure why they were cutting the tint on the window. (Look at photo)They didn’t clean my window before they started so now theres mini bubbles from lint . Not to mention the first round they broke my passenger visor mirror from moving my seat up and forward since it’s a coupe . I called it good accepted it because they were working with me . But now my driver side is broken also from this last round . 300$ down the drain just to have to go do it with someone who knows what they’re doing. It’s not the tinter fault at all she’s just starting & when I call they hang up on me never talk to them w no disrespect or anything. I would go in but at this point they tried many times and just can’t get it right. Go anywhere else and save your self the headache & stress."
